Return Policy

Return PolicyWe want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items that have been used may be returned within 7 days of first use, provided they are in a condition that can be reasonably assessed.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened food products, litter, and consumables may not be eligible for return. If you're unsure, please contact us before sending anything back.
